Prayer for When the Heart Feels Heavy

Father, You see the quiet burdens I carry in silence.

You know the tears that never reach my eyes.

You understand what I cannot put into words.

Hold my heart in Your steady hands.

Lift what has become too heavy.

Remind me that I do not walk alone, ever.

Teach me to breathe again,

to hope again,

to trust that Your love meets me even here.
